Press is a dairy free, plant-based, vegan, cheese alternative that’s made from sourpressed wheat and is completely nut and soy free.

It’s also free from artificial additives and flavourings, stabilisers, emulsifiers, gums and thickeners.

Forget what you know about vegan cheese alternatives. This isn’t a slab of coconut oil mixed with some starch and flavourings. 

Our award winning original Press is created out of just 3 simple, wholefood ingredients and aged for at least 1-2 months. The natural process of fermentation gives it a lightly salted, natural cheese-like tang.

With a shelf life on dispatch of not less than a month you can buy several at once and spread the cost of postage. Take a look at the table below.

Not going to use it all within a month? Press will last well beyond the “best before” date if unopened in the fridge, but compostable packaging will not last beyond around 6-8 weeks.

Fear not. You can pop it in the freezer in its original, compostable, vacuum sealed packaging on the day it arrives and it will be good for up to 3 months.

Defrost (still in its packaging) in the fridge for around 6-8 hours.

Or, cook/grate from frozen – no need to defrost.
