  • Blender
  • Non stick pan


  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 mushrooms large flat head type
  • 2 tbsp olive oil best you can afford
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp neutral tasting oil
  • 300 g pasta dried. 400g for a large portion.
  • 100 g herbie's garlic cheese
  • 400 ml soy milk unsweetened


  • Slice the head of broccoli into smaller pieces and arrange on a baking tray.
  • Drizzle over half of the olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.
  • Slice the mushrooms and add to the non stick pan along with the rest of the olive oil.
